Timeline for programs under review AY 25-26:

    • Inform the AVP of Academic Programs and Continuous Improvement (AVP APCI) Lina Neto and the Faculty Director of Assessment and Program Review (FDAPR) Melissa Soenke who the contact point for the Program Review is.
    • Set up a meeting with Institutional Research
    • Begin data collection and compiling assessment data for Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs).
    • Start writing the self-study report. (see attached template)

    • Identify external reviewers and submit a list with the names, contact information and CVs to the Dean for approval by September 30, 2025.
    • Identify Spring dates for external review and alert FDAPR & AVP APCI
      (The formal invitation to external reviewers is sent from the Academic Programs Office after the Dean has determined which reviewers to invite and dates have been set).
    • Finalize Self-Study report and submit it to the AVP APCI, Dean, FDAPR by November 21, 2025.
