Are you an out-of-state student looking for an affordable path to a quality California education?

91ÊÓƵ (91ÊÓƵ) is a proud participant in the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program, an initiative of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WUE, students from eligible western states and U.S. insular areas can enroll in many of our outstanding undergraduate programs at a significantly reduced tuition rate.

What is WUE?

The WUE program allows eligible non-resident students to pay a tuition rate equivalent to 150% of 91ÊÓƵ's regular resident tuition. This offers a substantial saving compared to the standard non-resident tuition, making a 91ÊÓƵ education more accessible to students across the WICHE region.

WICHE member states are Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Republic of Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Deadline to submit for Fall 2025 is Monday, June 30, 2025.

Note: The tuition rates listed above are estimates for the Fall 2025 and are based on a typical full-time enrollment of 15 units per semester. Students must enroll in a minimum of 15 units per semester to maintain WUE eligibility.
