WUE Contract

Once you have submitted an application for admission, please complete the WUE contract online.

To complete the WUE contact:

  1. Click on the 
  2. In the Recipients box, enter the email address of the student. This should be the same email used to apply for admission. Click submit. 
  3. Student will receive a message indicating they will shortly receive an email with the agreement to complete.
  4. Student will receive an email with the title Signature requested on “91ÊÓƵ (WUE) Contract.
  5. Student will click on the Review and Sign button to be directed to the form.
  6. Student will complete the form and once finished they will click Finish.
  7. The form will be sent to Admissions for review.
  8. Student will receive a confirmation email that their WUE form was submitted.
  9. Once the WUE form is reviewed for provisional eligibility, student will receive email communication from Admissions.
