    Registration appointments for continuing students viewable in CI Records and Schedule of Classes available (approximate date).
    11/12 - 11/20/2025 Continuing student registration begins by appointment.
    12/15 - 12/17/2025 New Transfer students will register during their Academic Advising & Course Registration sessions. See our New Student Registration webpage for more details.
    1/23/2026 Last day to drop all classes & receive a full refund for Spring 2026
    1/26/2026 Weekday classes begin
    1/30/2026 Last day to waitlist a course for Spring 2026. If not enrolled, you will need to seek instructor permission to enroll during the Add/Drop period.
    2/1/2026 Last day to add open classes online without instructor permission.
    2/2 - 2/13/2026 Add classes using instructor issued permission numbers. Students may drop classes via CI Records without permission.
    2/13/2026 Last day of the Add/Drop period. All adds and drops must be completed in CI Records by 12 NOON.
    2/16 - 4/24/2026

    Adding classes is no longer permitted. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances. To request a late add, submit a via Adobe Sign.

    To withdraw from a course, students must submit a withdrawal request, which will be routed to instructor and program chair prior to processing. Class withdrawals and term withdrawals will result in a "W" grade on the transcripts.
    3/27/2026 Last day to Change Grading Basis for courses that have student option.
    4/24/2026 Last day to withdraw from an individual course with approval from the instructor and program chair. "W" grades will appear on the transcript. Withdrawing from an individual course after this date will require serious & compelling reasons in addition to instructor and chair approval.
