Welcome to our Customer Service Center!

We are located in Placer Hall, directly adjacent to the A1 Parking Lot on Camarillo Street and we provide customer service for the 91ÊÓƵ Police Department including Transportation and Parking Services.

Lobby Hours:

Starting 12/1/25 until 4/6/26, our office hours will be from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Please note that, due to staffing challenges, the customer service window may experience intermittent closures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for your continued support.   • Our customer service window will also be closed on all campus closure days.

Police are available on campus 24/7/365

For after hours or weekend assistance in the lobby, simply pick-up the black phone located on the west wall next to the door to the right of the customer service window. Police officers and dispatchers are on duty at all times and can respond to assist you.
