New Student Orientation

• Confirm Your Orientation Details | Final Deadline: January 15

  Orientation is your official welcome to Cal State Channel Islands! You鈥檒l get the inside scoop on CI鈥檚 policies, programs, and services鈥攅verything you need for a smooth transition academically, socially, and beyond.

Complete Your Admissions Checklist

• Complete Your Admission Process | Deadline: December 19

  You must complete all steps of the admission process by the designated deadlines to secure your enrollment. We recommend checking your email regularly! Our number one form of communication is email.

   

  Request your final transcripts and test scores now.

   

  To access your to-do list log into your myCI portal (CI Records) and click on the gray button labeled 鈥淐I Records鈥�. CI Records will be your main go-to button during the admission process. Here you will have access to update your address, see your holds, view your To-Do list, and any important student messages under the Student Message Center.

• Submit Residency Documents

  Every student attending a California State University must be classified as either a California resident, or as a nonresident, for tuition purposes. For additional information, please visit or e-mail registrar@csuci.edu for questions.

Tasks for Students Living On-Campus

• Apply for Housing

  Welcome home! All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin, who are interested in living in student housing are welcome to 91视频! Apply for housing

• Purchase Parking Permit (if applicable)

  Planning to bring a car? Purchase your parking permit! All parking permits will be mailed to the address entered at time of purchase.

• Upload Photo for Dolphin ID Card

  All new students will receive an email from onlinephoto@csuci.edu inviting them to upload their photo and a picture of a government ID. Students will be notified as to whether or not their photo has been approved and they will receive further instruction as to when and how they will receive their new DolphinOne Card.
