The CHRS Open Enrollment Benefits Self-Service system is open again! You can access your account to complete your Open Enrollment selections.

Open Enrollment is an opportunity for you to review your current benefit plan elections to ensure they continue to meet your needs and those of your family. This year, the CSU Annual Open Enrollment period will take place from September 15, 2025 to October 10, 2025. The effective date for all changes that were made during the Open Enrollment period will be January 1, 2026.

Employees use CHRS Benefits Self-Service in to make all open enrollment changes including new and re-enrollment in the Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts. For more information, please visit our How to Make Changes site.

If you do not wish to make any changes to your current health, dental, vision, or voluntary benefit plans, no action is needed. Your current elections will automatically carry over into 2026.
Exception: If you wish to participate in the Health Care or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, you must re-enroll each year, as these plans do not automatically renew.
